The rate periods are:
- from January to March: low season,
- from April to May: medium season,
- June: high season,
- July / August: very high season,
- September: high season,
- October: medium season,
- November / December: low season.

Rental prices are degressive according to the duration of the stay.

Price are for the complete rental, for the maximum number of occupants. They include air-conditioning (reversible), water, electricity, parking lots, sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, bath towels.
The complete set of household linen will be changed weekly.
Just bring your toothbrush and tooothpaste!

You may use "Nespresso" capsules they will be charged at the official brand price.

Several extra cooking instruments are available for a symbolic rental price (stone grill, raclette or fondue service, steam cooker...)

Daily cleaning, and drycleaning may be requested from local providers.

Pre-booking deposit is 25% of total price.
An additional 200€ guarantee must be given upon arrival, after inventory of fixtures.
It will be returned at the latest 7 days after leaving inventory.
