The residence is located in a residential area exiting the city of Port Saint Louis du Rhone. Away from noisy traffic.
"Le Clos du Cigalou" is located on the ground floor of a large villa, with an independent, fully fenced, with a specific entrance on public roads, wooded with a garden space a small terrace, a garden for 4 cutlery table, private parking for 2 vehicles (and the ability to use still 2 places of the public car park 10 metres away, in the same street).
E the inhabited s 65 m2 surfacecomposed of a space 'rest' of 28 m2, including 2 alcoves with 2 beds for 2 adults (90 x 190), or 4 beds independent (or be combined 2 by 2). A large bathroom with a double washbasin, a very large "walk-in" shower, a WC, a towel corner electric + a breakdown of type VMC, coupled with a complementary Extractor switched with lighting.
A main room of 30 m2, with built-in kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) plate Vitro porcelain and built-in oven. The dining area (table farm at 6 places) and the relaxation area: 2 chairs + bench, audio-visual area with hundreds of television channels (in several languages), reception multi-satellites on 32 inch flat screen. Direct access to space sported by a front door window with an electric shutter (coupled with a manual control in case of power failure). We fully respect our obligations within the "business chart" which means beds will be ready upon arrival (sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases furnished and changed weekly as well as household linen, bath and kitchen towels). Complete cleaning is done once a week. Financial press, economy magazines and newspapers are available.
Accomodation is a "mini business center" with fully equiped desk, multifunction printer ("ePrint" technology) for E-mail reception, highspeed Wi-Fi internet, hundreds of TV chanels, multi-satelite reception on 2 "32 inches" flat screens.
Extra hotel services available: daily room cleaning (bed and bathroom) personal cloths cleaning and ironing, drycleaning etc...

Court séjour venté très agréable dans un vaste appartement très bien équipé.
Très bon accueil, à l’écoute de nos besoins, de très bons conseils pour nos sorties et très bon équipement et espace pour un bébé, et même pour un jeune enfant.
Grande propreté, calme, rien ne manquait à l’intérieur et dans l’extérieur aussi !

Un tarif unique, spécifique pour les professionnels. Pas de variation selon la saison, et prix dégressif selon la durée.

An additional 200€ guarantee must be given upon arrival, after inventory of fixtures. It will be returned at the latest 7 days after leaving inventory.
